Nitronic 50 is an austenitic stainless steel alloy that combines corrosion resistance with robustness. Its resistance to corrosion is higher than that of regular 316 stainless steel, with its performance being twice as high at ambient temperatures.

- Ductility: maintains good ductility and tenacity at low temperatures.
- Can be made stronger through cold working. Thanks to its austenitic composition, it does not require heat treatment in order to harden.
